Due to the on-going pandemic Great Potheridge House is now available for rent. The grade 1 listed house is set in a remote location in the Devon countryside.

Great Potheridge House is 2 miles from the nearest village and 4 miles from the nearest town, set 1/3 mile from the road with no near neighbours except the three staff that live within the grounds (but not in the house).
The house is set out as a dormitory style accommodation with 5 large bunk rooms and 3 good sized staff rooms, large kitchen, dining room and fire room. The house can comfortably accommodate groups of 15-25 people There are excellent views, lots of outdoor space and peace.
Our staff will be on-site and we have an office in the main house, accessed via a separate door, but otherwise you will be isolated and away from everything. We can do shopping runs. Good mobile reception and there is broadband access.
